UniSimpler is an AI study space built for university students. Upload lecture PDFs, PowerPoints, Word notes, scans, screenshots, handwritten pages, or a short recording and it turns the material into a clear, organised study kit you can actually revise from.
What does one lecture file become?
A complete study kit: a structured summary, key topics, active-recall flashcards, multiple-choice quizzes, true or false questions, clear explanations, an AI tutor, and a branded PDF study pack you can save or print.
Which files can I upload, and what are the limits?
UniSimpler accepts PDF, PPTX, DOCX, JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 35 MB. Digital PDFs and PowerPoints can contain up to 100 pages or slides, while fully scanned PDFs can contain up to 30 image-only pages. Short MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, MP4, WebM, and MOV lecture recordings are supported up to 14 MB.
Will scans, screenshots, or handwriting work?
Yes. UniSimpler can visually read scanned PDFs, screenshots, diagrams, and clear English or Arabic handwriting. Image quality still matters, so use a bright, straight, high-resolution photo and always check unclear formulas or handwriting against the original.
How long does it take?
Most document study kits are ready in about a minute. Long documents, visual scans, or lecture recordings can take a little longer while UniSimpler reads or transcribes the source.

How accurate are the summaries and answers?
UniSimpler bases the study kit on your uploaded lecture and cites relevant pages where possible. AI can still make mistakes, so always confirm critical facts, formulas, and exam requirements with the original lecture or your instructor.
Can it explain a difficult topic more simply?
Yes. Ask for a beginner-friendly explanation, a detailed breakdown, an example, an analogy, or a step-by-step answer. You can also attach another PDF, image, PowerPoint, Word file, audio clip, or video directly inside the tutor so it can answer using that extra material.
Can I study in Arabic or English?
Yes. You can ask naturally in Arabic or English and request the answer in the language you prefer. Technical terms can stay in English when that makes the explanation clearer.
Does it work for different university subjects?
UniSimpler can help with many text-based subjects, including business, accounting, science, law, medicine, psychology, computing, and the humanities. Results depend on how clearly the source material presents the topic.
Does UniSimpler replace the original lecture?
No. It helps you understand and revise the lecture faster, but it should be used alongside your slides, notes, textbook, and instructor guidance—not as a replacement for them.

Can I open my old study sets on another device?
Yes. When you sign in with Google, UniSimpler saves generated study sets to your account so you can continue studying on another supported device.
Does UniSimpler store my original file?
No. Your original uploaded file is not saved by UniSimpler. Extracted lecture text is sent securely to the AI; when visual reading or transcription is needed, resized page images or the short recording are sent securely only while the study kit is created.
Can I export my work and study on my phone?
Yes. UniSimpler works in modern mobile and desktop browsers. Tap Save PDF inside a study set to create a clean, branded study pack with your summary, topics, flashcards, quizzes, answers, and source references.
